The healing wound

As healthy as ever
October 8th, 1999

Hello

If there was a way of hugging you over the email, consider yourself hugged. My horse is looking GREAT!!! And he's obviously feeling great too. I planned to put him back in work on the long weekend but the downpours put paid to that -I'll be lunging him shortly and we'll get back into regular work over the next two weeks. I cant thank you enough.

Wanting to get onto the nervous side of things now but need to revisit the web site and 'lock him into a type'.

So more about the skin thing - I'm hoping to finish my article for Hoofbeats over the weekend or early next week (have a lot of work on at present).

Interesting observations:
a. Everything you said would happen, happened.
b. His skin is now looking great - some old brown coat to come out but normal moult is proceeding - the previously bare patches now covered in sleek well-looking black. (if he had white patches he would be a skewbald).
c. His mane is much softer and all the giant scurf has worked its way out (with a little encouragement from my brush) and it's looking clean too.
d. Insects are out and about and he's just swishing like a normal horse and not getting new lumps, isn't that just fantastic?

So should I now drop the BLOOD CLEANSER and ALLERGY MIX to half measures? What else should I be doing differently if anything.

Best regards, and my sincere appreciation.

Narelle Kennedy,
Bringelly
