Immune System Intelligence & Rehab. of Oxygen Absorption Function

Why taking immunity boosters all the time isn’t good; Immune system intelligence; One stop remedy for oxygen uptake rehabilitation; pictures of the blood and oxygen support extract I made today

Dear Ed,

I’ve been bombarded by advertisements for products to boost immunity. It’s irritated me no end, because once upon a time I too thought “raising immunity” was all it took to “fight” all illnesses from colds to cancer and warts.

What actually happens when you take immunity boosting herbs by your mental knowledge and not instinct, ie., when you don’t need it, but think you do, is, you overstimulate your body, raise your base organ stress level, and this results in a body temperature imbalance in the long term. This further goes on to cause hormonal muck-ups like insulin resistance (a sort of diabetes), weight gain.. Too many to list here. Continue reading

How to Heal the Astral Body for Lasting Holistic Healing

About the energy field, the astral body and the physical body, some examples of the astral body and three easily remembered and done ways to strengthen and heal it.

Dear Ed,

This week I saw a rather horrific video on Youtube. It showed ancient temple sculptures in Angkor Wat of Cambodia. There are some unique sculptures there, and there was this freeze showing the progression of this group of human looking figures. On the top they were shown have a great time on earth, being carried around in palanquins, obviously rich and ordering others around. But just beneath the same were shown being tortured in hell! Oh my God, Ed, I consider myself rather immune to that sort of thing but even I was chilled. They showed prisoners on beds of nails and things like that. Continue reading

Our Body’s Thermometer & Strychnos for the Stricken – Ignatia

Strychnos Ignatii also called Ignatia Amara, Ignatius Bean or Ignatia is first aid for when the thermometer system of our body fails and this article lists my top 6 situations in which Ignatia is a powerful medicine that few other herbs can match in those situations.

Ed, one time I was going to have a heat stroke when I was in the last few months of being pregnant with Gabriel. I was so beyond hot, and no amount of water I drank was hydrating me enough. My internal organs, already extra warm because of being pregnant, were each radiating heat of its own. Continue reading

Herbs for Oxygenation; Breathing Distress, Fatigue, Kidney Rehab, Diabetes, Edema etc.

Letter to Ed about how cardiac stimulants like codeine and other opioids kill, and listing 7 herbs that help the blood carry oxygen better all around the body, for recovery from all the malarial “fever” symptoms like breathing distress; kidney disease, chronic fatigue and so on.

Ed, I recently read with anguish a historical account of what can now only be called murder. A woman struggling to recover from the loss of a child, was found low in energy soon after. Bedridden out of sorrow more than any physical problem, however, she was given a physical treatment for ‘dropsy’ – which is basically the swelling or water retention that is common after childbirth when a woman is not able to get back into normal movement which oxygenates the body. Chilblains & Raynaud’s Syndrome – Herbs to Balance Body Temperature

As a sufferer of severe Raynaud’s where my finger joints would go purple and black every winter, I’ve given a lot of thought to this condition and tried all kinds of treatments for it till I finally found something that really worked.

Creams that have lanolin (sheep fat) work the best to create a layer of protection from the cold, and the topical application of Winter Cherry, Spikenard, Datura and other herbs that create warmth locally, are necessary as you will have to keep your fingers and toes as warm as possible. How to Heal your Voice

Throughout history humans have used the nuances of voice to understand one another. We understand instinctively what we really mean by the little jumps and stops and changes in tone and pitch and volume of our voices.

My interest in the topic started back in school days when the school choir was competing in a big competition and we were all very careful to keep our voices in order through the months of practice for the big day. I noticed all the things affecting our voices, and very little was about catching a cold. Continue reading
