Abnormal Blood Clotting – Holistic Treatment

What causes Abnormal Blood Clotting; Holistic methods to prevent micro blood clotting, support wound resolution, new cell formation; Emergency herbs to support the passing out of blood clots

Dear Ed,

I am saddened and alarmed by the rise of abnormal blood clotting worldwide as a cause of dysfunction and death in people of all ages.

I have been exposed to things that cause abnormal blood clotting very much; this was long before it was something spoken of as it is today. I had to find ways to cope and heal and stay alive. Continue reading

How to Heal a Broken Heart

Letter to Ed about my own experience with a heart condition called Cardio Myopathy or heart muscle degeneration and wherein I provide photographic evidence that emotional release and herbs for holistic healing, did repair, rehabilitate and heal a heart given up on by the medical establishment; The simple things that made the impossible, possible.

Ed, for a long time now I’ve wanted to write about treating the broken heart. As someone who’d suffered so much because of a chronically under-functioning heart, and was told at the age of 19 that I wouldn’t live very long after two heart attacks on the same day, I had to take a serious interest in alternative medicine and natural healing for my heart’s sake, or die. Herbs to increase heart beat strength and support blood cell making

Some months ago I wrote about how the quality of blood cells being made in the body lessens drastically when faced with shock, trauma or a life not satisfying to the spirit.

I recommended the simple exercise where you feel your heart beat. Exercises of awareness are so simple, yet their power is amazing and doing them is so worth the few minutes they take.

When you look at it very close, the core of blood building function is a strong robust balanced heart beat. Support heart beat strength and you’re healing everything everywhere. The heart beat is what pushes life all around. Continue reading

Exercise the Heart Muscle – Hunter’s Brain Stimulation

The more robust our heart is, the more robust muscle tissue is the body. One of the first signs of a weakening or atrophying heart muscle is a sort of flabbiness or loss of tone and strength of muscle elsewhere in the body.

Just as exercise strengthens muscle, so it strengthens the heart.

‘Hunter’s Brain’ is what my Granddad called the 5 points at which the heart and with it life energy is stimulated to heal and strengthen the heart and with it all the muscles of the body. Continue reading

Nervous & Emotional Healing with Cardio-Restorative Herbs

I’m a veteran of heart problems having had cardiac insufficiency due to trauma since the age of 8 and actually had two cardiac arrests at the age of 19. I was told then that there was no chance of a normal life ahead for me. They said I’d live only with the help of drugs to keep my heart beating regularly enough, and things like having a baby would be at the risk of death, unlikely anyway as I wouldn’t be able to cope with the increased heart rate that’s part of sex.
