Mental Projections of False Body Image and Identity

Dear Ed,

A topic very close to my heart, is the effects of trauma on body image. One of the first articles I wrote that was on the internet (unfortunately lost now) was titled “Phantom Body”.

I wrote to you about it last year as well: Phantom Energy Body; Upper-Lower Body Disconnection

Our mind is constantly projecting an image of our bodies on us,

influencing our very real energy field to behave differently from its own nature. Our body shifts out of alignment because of the false image and behaves in a way as to support the false image.

For example, if someone believes in their head that they’re fat, that’s a constant suggestion to their energy field to skew and pull the shape of body into a “fat” shape. Our soul will resist the lie, often causing backswings to that, but the result of that conflict is tiredness and feeling an internal war going on. Continue reading

And the No. 1 biggest constant drainer of life energy is….

Lizards and the lizard phase of our development; The Effect of trauma while transitioning from receptive and reflective stage to expressive stage; Neutral is different from Balanced; Chameleons changing color video

Dear Ed,

The answer is, “Being neutral.”

Granddad taught this to me and I remembered it recently when I saw this photo I took last year of this cute little garden lizard gazing solemnly at me thinking I didn’t know he was there.

Lizards have been getting bad press lately because apparently someone’s seen “the elites” morph into lizards and eat babies at special royal parties. Continue reading

How Sexual Energy Depletion causes Metabolic Inbalance

How I realized that displacement was causing metabolic syndrome that showed as immunity issues; Videos explaining how energy flows in the body and how to replenish stored energy.

Dear Ed,

There’s been a lot of talk about fungus recently. About how those with compromised immunity are more susceptible to it, even to it causing death by spreading so virulently that it attacks an internal organ and results in death.

I’ve had some experience with various sorts of fungi, Ed, as I grew up with very compromised immunity, and have lived in some very rainy wet places, places with so much humidity in the air that my music system speakers went blue with fungus! I nearly lost all my books to fungus. And my clothes never would fully dry out (I didn’t have a clothes dryer) so even after ironing them they’d still be slightly damp.

At one time it seemed that for years, while I was traveling, every hotel room in my budget had fungus. And every house I could rent had mold somewhere or the other.

All this exposure to fungii meant several experiences with lung and skin infections.

Believe it or not Ed, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not compromised immunity that aids the spread of fungus in the body, but metabolic imbalance caused by sexual energy imbalance. I know that sounds a little crazy but let me explain.

Candida, possibly the most famous fungus baddie, is famous for feeding on sugar in the body. A lot of people have found that quitting sugar stops Candida in its tracks.

I’ve read that Candida bastards MAKE a person crave sugar! So the more candida bastards are ravaging your body, they change your body chemistry and make you want and therefore get attracted to sugar.

I just thought, “Those bastards got to be killed. Just make everyone stop having sugar. Candida is a bastard. Sugar is a bitch.” I feel bad about the language Ed. But anyone who’s had an outbreak of dandruff or such understands. Its just so very frustrating.

The fact is, you can’t eliminate ALL sugar from your diet, the body needs it too.

And you’ll meet people who’ll say stuff like, “Oh just use this shampoo,” or “Just wash your hair with apple cider vinegar.” (About recurring issues like dandruff.)

And that works for some, but not for someone with a metabolic disturbance and sexual energy imbalance.

As a child, Ed, I was moved about a lot between the age nine and twelve. In those years I changed schools once every year for four years, across three different states.

I got to see one big difference between kids. Those whose energy patterns hadn’t been disturbed by displacement and those whose had.

Those were the pubescent years, when the classroom was full of hormones developing for the first time. I’m very sensitive to hormonal scents and energies so it was like watching such a show, for me.

I don’t know if you ever changed schools Ed, in those years, or had a drastic change of emotional environment. But you did teach kids for a while so maybe you’ve noticed the difference between the not displaced kids and the displaced ones.

The not displaced ones have had more or less the same food all their lives, are adjusted to the emotional and energetic environment, not likely to get overexcited or deeply affected by things. In general they’re at ease in their bodies unless there’s some specific abuse in their lives.

Their passing into puberty is relatively drama free as their sexual energy patterns develop calmly and without disruption over the years from five on.

On the other hand are the displaced kids. Over achievers or under achievers. They have to recalibrate to the new environment. It could take forever. It might never happen.

These are those whose bodies react dramatically to metabolism influencing substances that other kids’ bodies don’t react to that much.

By metabolism influencing substances, I mean sugar, coffee, soft drinks, herbs, spices, drugs.

Their basic threshold of metabolic stability is not developed enough to take the onslaught of a metabolism influencer. One night without enough sleep could devastate them.

Many of them had relatively healthy childhoods but it was the prepubescent years and teenage years which revealed a whole lot of crazy disorders.

Which brings us to sexual energy.

Sexual energy is basic vital energy that’s stored in the bottom half of the body. It converts on requirement to all other forms of energy.

When we’re very little children, our sexual energy is nearly never directly expressed out into the environment as sexual energy. It circulates in the body developing our internal organs.

However, around age five on, our body begins to develop patterns of sexual energy expression, and develop the reproductive system’s patterns that will result in maturation or adolescence.

From here on, I realized I couldn’t explain what I wanted to without doing it on video.

Part 1

How the bottom part of our energy field stores energy that the upper part expresses or uses in different ways;
How energy moves in men and women;
How energy moves in childhood and then later around puberty and adolescence
How we lose sexual energy or stored energy because of displacement or disruption and are depleted
The need to replenish the sexual energy store

Part 2

How to replenish the energy store;
We are the Earth, we can reconnect to earth field anytime anywhere;
How the lower body corresponds to the upper body;
Activities that result in emotional feedback;
Herbs that de-stimulate and therefore nourish a depleted body;
Occupy the lower body – an exercise mentioned in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth;

In conclusion;
Any energy expenditure that does not end with replenishment is not complete.

If we look for emotional fulfillment in everything we do, we connect to earth energy, and we will set our energy field right surely.

Polarity Balancers – Clay, Charcoal, Ash and Herbs

How cells become positively over-charged and lose energy; What helps to balance energy field polarity; Healing the space cells occupy; Different time zones in the same body; Energetic independence your own way

Dear Ed,

Everyone needs help right now to stay energetically balanced. I say everyone, because in our world right now, no matter where you are, there is some form of adrenalizing or over stimulating unnatural radiation affecting you right out of the skies and through imbalanced – no, poisoned, foods.

My visits to ancient sites in Australia and India showed me that this sort of thing has happened before and humanity survived it. So we have what it takes.

The root of the matter is a simple thing. It is over-stimulation of physical living cells, heating them up, causing the lubrication or water of the cell to get evaporated or dispersed, thereby breaking the energy field of the cell – which is carried in the water, into smaller energy fields. Just like one bigger water drop breaking into smaller ones. What happens though, is because the cell needs all those to be one, for the cell to function, the individual bits struggle to get back together and to do so, heat up and expend energy. Now when the drops become one big drop again – great; that’s the natural process.

However, imagine a situation where the drop is again over-stimulated, again over-heated, broken up and again had to re-consolidate itself. Imagine it goes on and on. The cell could get into a state of being permanently over-stimulated and low on energy because of the constant draining.

Now imagine that’s a lot of cells, and eventually a whole organ or large part of the body. The body first gets hyperactive and then crashes, and then hyperactive again and crashes again.

So very many of our modern diseases from the common cold (I haven’t found one ancient painting or sculpture, or even reference in ancient texts to this mysterious malady), diabetes, cancer, asthma, psoriasis, chronic fatigue, nervous inflammation, glandular dysfunction, hormonal imbalances of all types, fibromyalgia and so on are because of over-stimulation.

Now over-stimulation is a rather vague phrase. The right way of putting it is “polarity imbalance”. Our cells ought to be at a comfortable base energy frequency. When they get stimulated they move into a positive charge – where energy is being expended. When they’re recovering they slip into a negative charge where they’re consolidating themselves and healing. Other times, through the solar and lunar cycles they go with the whole body through the shift between outward and inward flow.

(My article on the common flu: Testing Positive; The Energetic Viewpoint, Herbs for Emergencies and Lung Support )

Any major recurring or chronic condition is usually nothing but the impact of shock on the system, and the system’s attempt to restore harmony.

Essentially, we can heal from anything so long as our cells ar e all energetically moving together. A shock however, breaks our energy field and we have different parts of us then living separate lives so to speak and the body finds it harder and harder to communicate from one part to the other.

Our bio-rhythms are disrupted so we have different rhythms in different parts of the body all at the same time.

Treating a person for recovery from shock – whether recent or old and suppressed, is about comforting the body and soul into a state where it connects up again. Just like little drops of water connect up to form a big drop.

So comforting herbs are essential in the moment.

However, in cases of repeated shocks, or sustained assault of the system, such as is the case with constant or regular exposure to radiation, food poisons and such, where the cells are constantly over-stimulated and become used to being in a state of positive polarity, we could use energetic balancers to balance the polarity.

Here are some polarity balancing substances described in the way they work. You’ll know by instinct if you need them.

Clay

Clays are energy neutral and simply absorb or blanket over-stimulated cells. All animals eat clay instinctively to balance and soothe an over-stimulated gut. So many health problems are caused by gut over-stimulation. Remember the gut is our second brain, and is filled with sensitive nerve endings. A lot of psychological stress therefore is also caused by the gut being over-stimulated.

Clay calms the positively polarized zones and if you take clay – Bentonite clay for example, regularly, even in small doses, it rehabilitates the body moving from positive polarity to back to balanced.

Amazingly enough, the same clays also provide various vital minerals and also cart away the waste products and rubble of the effect of poisons in the body.

Charcoal

When the body is over-stimulated the energy field is open to draining. Charcoal with its emphatic negative polarity influences the body to return to neutral. As the body does, it lets go of poisons.

One reason that we don’t pass poisons out on our own, is because of the cells being positively polarize already. In a hyper state like that the body doesn’t consider housekeeping tasks like throwing out poisons, important, so energy is not allocated and the poison stays on.

As the body returns to neutral and energy is allocated for housekeeping tasks.

Charcoal is commonly used around the world to purify water because it neutralized the positive charge that makes poisons poisons.

Ash

Since ancient times, ash has been used in ceremony and in medicine alike for its powerful energy properties. It has the opposite energy field of the substance it was before it was burned and became Ash. So it has the opposite properties of that substance.

Here’s a drawing by M.C.Escher, “Air and Water” 1938- that sort of demonstrates how cells are held in place in the body.

There’s matter, and its complement or opposite matter. The two together, keep the manifestation of that thing in place.

Fire or burning changes the energy field of matter to its opposite energy. This when ingested or put on the body has the ability to stimulate healing in the holding areas between the cells, the very space in which our cells are. How amazing is that!

Some examples of the modern use of ash:

Ash of coal, called Activated Charcoal (usually bamboo wood or coconut shells burned) is used in preservation of cheese. Any food spoilage is essentially a positive polarity – changing the polarity sort of energy freezes the cells so they don’t spoil quickly.

Edible vegetable ash for use in cheese making to prevent it from acidifying

Ash Aqueous extract from Furnace and Charred Plantain Peel
and Palm Bunches

My family used the ash of gold, silver, copper, tin, iron as well as various other ashes of plant material, rocks and crystals in all cases where there were long term trauma patterns in the system.

The use of ashes in western traditional medicine has been mostly snuffed out, although the field of homeopathy – which arose from the ashes of the old world medicine that was mostly censored and suppressed out of the consciousness of humans, uses dilutions of metal.

Indian Ayurveda however has in fact preserved to some extent knowledge of the making and use of various ashes called “Bhasma”. I have used many of these over the years, when making my own wasn’t possible.

It’s kind of hard to understand which Bhasma is for what based on what’s on the internet, so here is a breakdown based on my family’s traditional semetic/ Welsh/ Scottish system of understanding – but which can be applied to the Ayurvedic preparations as both just happen to be similar. All the old world had common forms of medicines it seems.

Gold Ash or Swarna Bhasma
is used for rejuvenation of the ability to hold energy. Let’s say someone’s gotten so depleted after months of surgery after surgery, or a very bad period of stress that’s just emotionally devastated them. This ash helps the system hold together and come around to holding energy again instead of constantly being drained.

Ash of Peacock Feather or Mayur Bhasma
Now the demand for this isn’t big enough to cause the extinction of peacocks, so I will mention it here. I really don’t like the use of animal anything medicinally, but you can get a lot of ash from even just one feather, and you only need such a little of it, so I think it’s sustainable.

This ash helps a system that is energetically screwed on wrong. It’s like something happened and the person’s energy field turned backwards or half the body turned one way and the other half the other way. The person’s not able to move in any direction because it’s a major screw up. The nervous system is messed up with the person first liking something and then throwing it up. Various nervous problems like abject terror of normally harmless things – like water, small insects and such, all respond well to this Ash.

Interestingly, it particularly works well for diabetics.

There was this case Granddad solved. The person had multiple time zones in his body. I’m not kidding. His left arm would fall asleep while his right arm was working! Parts of his body seemed so disconnected. He would fall asleep in the middle of cycling but his legs would keep cycling enough so he’d wake to find himself one mile down from where he was when he’d fallen asleep.

One part of him would be cold, and another hot. He developed the weirdest balding pattern ever. It was around his right ear like a semi circle and then spreading from there.

Granddad said he had a great sense of humor though and was so popular despite all of this. He’d lived with it for forty years or so when Granddad met him.

He took the ash of peacock feather for about two months and found a lot of the symptoms were reduced quite drastically and he felt like a new man and told Granddad that he’d been living in different time zones before and he was now mostly living in one time zone.

Something to think about, Ed…

Sea Shell Ash or Shankha Bhasma

Sea shells are powerful because they develop so hard and resistant through daily exercise with water. They’re a constant in the ever ebbing and flowing water. Sea shell ash is a medicine to restore health to the parts of us that have lost the ability to be flexible and work with changing situations.

This is actually critical because our very life depends on us reacting to everything. We need to react to food, or we’ll end up poisoned. We need to react to weather, to everything.

However when we are too bombarded by sensory and vibrational sensations to the point where we’re too tired to react anymore, or are too traumatized to, you could call this an energetic rehabilitation of our reactive functions.

It’s most often marketed as a medicine for GERD and digestive imbalances, but that’s just one aspect of reactivity.
It’s quite powerful in stopping hair loss due to continued stress, heals internal scar tissue and so on.

Being a product of water, it supports all the water processes of the body in normalizing. That would mean kidney problems and so on.

Those are my top three favorite ashes, but there are many available – Tin ash called “Vang Bhasma” is for recovery from hearing or auditory or vibrational trauma. All those who watch the news these days could use it. 😉

Iron Ash or “Loh Bhasma” helps the body recover from energetic draining through blood. Now you don’t have to lose actual physical blood to be drained through blood. Emotional energy draining and actual physical blood draining set off the same set of effects in the body. Iron Ash helps build resistance to emotional energy draining and recover from such draining in the past.

Ok, those were my top 5 favorite ashes.

And now for my department.

Herbs

All the plants that bloom in the day are positive energy fields and stimulate the body.

All the plants that bloom after 3 in the afternoon are negative energy fields and rest the body.

However, whichever you take, the body will go the other way naturally.

For example if I push Gabriel on the swing forward, he will naturally come backward as well.

That is why most herbs aren’t exactly going to affect polarity in the body in any significant way. (Thank God.)

There is however a class of herbs that like Macbeth’s worst enemy,
Bloometh not only in the day, nor only in the night,
Groweth not on the ground, yet not in the sky;
Hunteth not its own food; yet does not die;
Drinketh not its own water; yet doth not dry.

(Oh my God, someone clap for me. That was spontaneous. Hallelujah.)
(Please Ed, don’t try correcting the grammar.)

But there is such a class of herbs. “Science,” evil that they are, call them parasites. But they are not parasites. It’s only that their role in nature is hidden from the foolish.

These are the plants- Mistletoe, Giloy (Tinospora Cordifolia) and the

Holistic Lucid Dreaming; Datura & Brugmansia; Dissolving Conscious Brain resistance to the Subconscious

How to start lucid dreaming spontaneously without the energy drain and hormonal imbalance; Dissolving the conscious brain’s resistance to the subconscious brain; How upward facing Datura and downward facing Brugmansia help resolve identity crises to remove energy blocks.

Ed, lucid dreaming, or being aware in one’s sleep, with that, “I am dreaming this,” awareness, is something people seek out when they feel they’re unable to come to grips with something in their waking state, when they sense that there’s something happening in their dream state that they’d like to become mentally aware of. For example, a whole lot of people feel attacked or drained in the dream state and want to learn lucid dreaming to defend themselves.

And then there are many who sense the power of working with the subconscious brain and want to consciously use it.

I, who have a very active brain in my waking moments nearly always was thankful for a nice deep long thoughtless sleep, a break from the constant mental activity.

As a teenager and later I kept a dream diary after reading a book about dream interpretation. But it didn’t make the big impact in my life I thought it would and it did take up a lot of time every morning as soon as I woke up, to record the whole dream, so I eventually stopped.

However, the fact is, you cannot go very long experimenting with herbs without falling into lucid dreaming at some point or the other. And so it happened to me without me actually seeking it out consciously.

A person on an internet group asked about this yesterday and it was interesting – the responses. One guy said that putting Tiger Balm on his forehead aided lucid dreaming. I haven’t tried it so I don’t know about that. I do understand that stimulating the cells of an area, as Tiger Balm does could, over the forehead cause the brain to be active even as the body sleeps.

That thing there – keeping the brain active even as the body sleeps – so it registers in the conscious mind is one way to have lucid dreams.

On the other hand, having tried several herbs to do that, I can say with surety that it results in brain fatigue and fog in a few days. It also can mess with the body’s hormonal levels.

The sleeping brain does a whole lot of hormonal balance and glandular housekeeping and clean up work in the body. I treated several cases of swollen and enlarged pineal glands a few years ago caused by not allowing the conscious brain to rest enough. As I myself had an enlarged pineal gland in the late 2000s I know intimately the trouble it could cause.

There was this man, George, who’d been told he’d need surgery because his pineal gland was so enlarged. He contacted me in a panic because the last thing he wanted was brain surgery! He was only twenty two! Six months of herbs to support deep sleep (Spikenard, Snakeroot – Rauvolfia Serpentina for example) and focusing on getting deep sleep (turn the lights off or down at 6 pm, use a dimmer software on the computer) fixed the problem.

What was most interesting though, was how, after those six months, George emailed me from Chile! (He was from Michigan originally.) He told me that he had found a clarity about his path in life that he’d never experienced before – not even when lucid dreaming – through the months of deep sleep, and that he was now SPONTANEOUSLY having lucid dreams.

Unlike before, when he’d had a lot of crazy dreams he couldn’t understand, and dream trauma, he now was lucid for particular dreams only and able to follow up on them in waking reality. Needless to say his hormones were balanced like never before and his overall health had progressed from his being barely functional to being able to do mountain climbing.

That was what I’d experienced as well, and I believe now that the key to holistic lucid dreaming, is in first treating sleep trauma. This is done by:
1) Supporting the conscious brain in resting;
2) Repairing brain damage caused by repeat sleep trauma over the years and
3) Dissolving resistance to the subconscious brain help a huge deal

While I’ve mentioned the herbs for the these in this article: Traumatized Dream States and Sleep Trauma & Recovery with Herbs, I believe that it’s the third point –

dissolving resistance of the conscious brain to the subconscious brain – that’s what begins to make a person able to spontaneously have lucid dreams that are of true spiritual significance, which can truly heal the body and change our lives Continue reading

“Conservation of Energy” is a Trap

conservation-of-energy-herbs

The consciousness of lack is a serial killer. And the mindset of conservation of energy is a trap. This practice of energy manipulation through believing we have limited energy is often presented as an energy science, when it actually causes severe energetic imbalance and makes us vulnerable to energy vampirism.

Dear Ed,

I remembered this morning a person who was always saying things like, “Save your energy for this,” or “Save your energy for that.”

While it is wisdom not to spend our time doing things that are not rewarding truly, what that phrase does over time is uphold a consciousness of lack of energy.

The consciousness of lack is a serial killer. And the mindset of conservation of energy is a trap.

Genetically modified beings – vegetable or animal – have static energy fields and therefore their energy is limited.

Real humans have living energy fields and we do ourselves a disservice when we fall into the consciousness in which energy is limited.

While the original Yoga was a great and true energy science, it degenerated into a fake human controlled science of energy MANIPULATION carrying the consciousness that energy is limited.

Not all who practice or teach yoga believe so, of course.

But this mind-set is not limited to yoga. It is widespread in the world and every time we watch others carrying that consciousness of lack, it is suggested to us as normal.

It is not normal to lack energy. An energy drain is a serious matter one should look into when it happens. It means that our body or psyche is in distress.

When we’re tired it’s not because we don’t have energy. It’s because our body needs to do maintenance and repair work that it can’t do while we’re awake.

When we’re not able to do something, it’s not because we don’t have energy, it’s because our energy is not flowing freely to do that. Maybe our heart really isn’t in it. Or maybe we’re too disappointed to believe it worth the investment.

These are the real issues we face. Lack of energy is NOT.

But we could develop a whole lack of energy psychosis and get into a cycle of using everything and everyone to get energy, while in fact that’s all mental spin and results in nothing in the end.

Consciously sign out of the consciousness of lack of energy.

Don’t do anything with the mind-set of “conserving” energy because it’s you telling yourself that you don’t have enough, that you’re not connected to the universe for energy support, that you don’t have enough to do whatever you want to achieve.

Don’t eat with the mindset or consciousness that your energy depends on the food. It’s an incredible mind-trap.

We get our energy from soul and spirit, to fuel us in the direction of our desire, to fulfill our spirit destiny.

Food is a manifestation, just one manifestation of the way the Earth supports us. But we are not dependent on it for vital energy.

“But one would die without food,” you’d think.

Sure, but we’d die without air too, or water, or so many other things.

Don’t eat or drink anything for the energy it gives you. Eat it for pleasure, for the taste, for how it feels in the stomach. That’s how we honor food and the world, not by USING it.

Life and death and everything in between are the domain of the spirit and this is the truth.

The mindset of “Conservation of Energy” is a trap, Ed. It makes bodies hold more and more static energy for energy vampires who can only have static energy (the most degenerate kind)  to tap into at will.

It makes the human body fall ill on so many ways and sets up such energy imbalances.

Never take anything, especially a herb for its life energy. Sure, you have those that motivate or call up life energy in you, but actually we never can “get” energy from other living beings, so it would be just foolish to think we are. They only stimulate energy we already have.

The mind-set of energy lack however, is the justification for energy vampirism and, in the consciousness, you could become vulnerable to vampirism yourself.

That is not a food chain for a human to be in.

We are living beings with independent life energy connections. We enjoy our world, we don’t take the life energy of anything else. We only share ours naturally without doing anything particularly special, but with every breath, with our mate, with who we already exist as one body, and our children until they begin to be independent.

All the beautiful living beings in our world are similarly energetically independent. “Energy medicine” is the healing we go through as we’re inspired by their energy patterns.

The branch of Plumeria or Frangipani I’ve had for almost four months now, that’s been leafing without being in Earth, or being watered, or even getting sunlight is a daily reminder that life energy does what it wants when it wants and it is not dependent on other things. I know it’s a bit of an extreme case, but here it is and it demonstrates a principle that underlies our existence.

One way to support ourselves while recovering from the long term mind-set of the consciousness of lack, is to be inspired by those plants which are great examples of energetic independence and grow well in isolation.

All about Jing, Mojo and Shen

The Chinese herbalists classified energy as three types – Jing, Qi and Shen.

I’ve replaced Qi with Mojo as that’s what most people know it as.

Jing is the Oil.
Mojo is the Fire.
Shen is the Heat & Light.

Let me write it another way.

OIL -> FIRE -> HEAT & LIGHT
JING -> MOJO -> SHEN & FEELINGS

I know you’re really tired after all the things you did and didn’t do at Christmas so I’ll get straight to it.

JING

The ancient yogic practitioners – Indian or Chinese or whoever… they all agreed on this. That Jing is a primal energy we were born with, primal sexual energy as it were, the oil of our system. Once it gets drained the body ages quickly and dies. They all agreed on this and devoted a big part of practice to conserving sexual energy by preventing the loss of sexual fluids.

But I, could never accept that. Call me what you will, I believe that the ancient writings of nearly all cultures have been misappropriated to hijack the energy of the general population keeping people short circuited rather than liberated.

My Granddad who lived so long, you wouldn’t believe me if I told you how long, he confirmed what I suspected all along. HUMANS NEVER LOSE JING.

You read me right. YOU CANNOT LOSE YOUR JING.

Neither does it become a black blobby dense mass that causes constipation as one ‘guru’ insisted, or makes one want to have sex with animals.

Jing simply is always there, so long as you’re alive; you’d best believe me, because my Granddad proved it to himself many times over and so have I.

It’s a crippling mind disease to believe you’ve ever lost something you were born with.

If you want to heal and be healthy – you must stop believing in untruths.

But, a lot of people have told me very clearly that they have experienced a huge drain of sexual energy and some haven’t ever recovered from it. What’s happening there?

That brings us to Mojo.

MOJO

Mojo or Qi, is what we have when Jing – the oil of our being is on fire.

It’s energy we can feel, energy that moves us, that makes our organs work, our skin breathe, our cells multiply, and all those things a living body has to DO. It’s action.

Now Mojo, unlike Jing, is limited, in the sense that, there’s only so much Mojo our body will hold before shedding it off.

For example, if we’re watching a movie and we get really really really really affected and worked up and there’s nothing we can do about it really, because we aren’t really fighting Persians to defend Sparta, and the popcorn’s finished too, our Jing gets converted to Mojo and then having no place to go hangs about desperate for an outlet.

Whichever outlet you choose for that energy you’re going to feel drained.

When you work energy up for one thing, and then don’t use it for that thing, no matter how you release that energy, it’s going to feel like a drain, because the body is going to say, “But I brought that energy up to kill Xerxes of Persia, not to wash the dog because it’s Saturday or vacuum the house.”

“How the hell am I ever going to watch a movie again?” you wonder. The answer is simple. You be aware of what you’ve gotten all charged up for.

It’s never about killing Xerxes or whoever had to be killed for the movie to (finally) end. It’s about something in your life you want to do, something about that, the movie brought up. Be aware of it. It’s a sacred moment.

When you feel your heart beat increasing, when you feel worked up, find out why. And then use your energy for that.

Maybe you feel a sense of injustice about something, maybe you feel helpless and want to do something about it, maybe you miss something you used to do before. Whatever it is, it got triggered and now you have to do something about it.

It might mess up your schedule initially but you’ll find that everything becomes so much easier and you have more energy for whatever you want and need to do.

This is something you have to make a part of your life in the long term.

This is how you conserve energy. This is how you circulate your energy for your ACTUAL needs, rather than what your mind or someone else thinks you need.

It’s keeping it real for your body.

SHEN

I really like that word. Apparently it translates to ‘Spirit’. It’s basically the vibration – the heat given off by Mojo or Qi doing its work in the body.

A healthy body that’s been doing all its functions right is warm with Shen.

Now, ‘warmth’, ‘heat’, ‘light’ – in reality all these mean FEELING.

Just as when you light a scented candle and the heat melts the wax releasing the fragrances in the wax into the air, so heat and warmth release FEELING that’s in our cells. Yes, feeling is in every cell of us and not just in our heart area or wherever. Spirit is Feeling.

A person that isn’t ‘feeling’ is in depression. Depression is the lack of Shen.

Traditionally people would wonder why a healthy person would ever be depressed.

It happens when Shen is drained.

How is Shen drained? In fact how can the heat and light from a fire be ‘taken away’ from it while it’s still burning?

It’s an illusion. A deception if you will.

Do you remember that nursery rhyme?

I’m a little teapot
Short and stout
Here is my handle
Here is my spout
When I get all steamed up
Hear me shout
Just tip me over and pour me out!

Now imagine you’re a tea pot.

You’ve got water boiling hot inside you and your top has been taken off, you can feel the steam rising up and out in all directions.

Now imagine you turn to your side and look at a mirror on a wall. In the mirror, you see the table, the chairs around it, the table cloth, the vase with flowers the cups all around. And there you are, a tea pot with boiling water.

You’re burning hot and the steam’s escaping. It’s the big thing happening right now.

But in the mirror, none of that shows.

And suddenly even though you’re burning, you don’t believe you’re giving off steam. Because you cannot see it in the mirror. And no one’s talking about it either. Suddenly you feel cold, drained, lost and confused. Continue reading

Two things to do to Stop Losing Energy

In the middle of the night I woke up perspiring (remember – boys sweat, girls perspire) and I found my heart beating really really fast.

Having had two close brushes with heart attacks, I learned very quick that prevention is the best cure.

How does a nineteen year old end up having heart attacks?

That much adrenal abuse.

Can someone who doesn’t drink or smoke or take drugs be over-adrenalized?

Yes. A state of general panic – such as the mainstream media is religiously devoted to fostering, can affect the body just as bad as drugs that raise heart rate, or poisons that make the immune system hyper-activated.

Now, obviously the solution is to Calm The F*** Down as several cats and other pets have recently advised on the internet, no doubt based on sound personal experience.

But as our species seems to have a problem doing that, I would like to share with you two things that have helped me immensely.

Two things to do to Calm Down and end energy loss

1) Stop converting energy.
2) Herbs for recovery from adrenal abuse.

The second one, you get. Please click on the link to read all about it in detail. Those herbs are available anywhere. They can change your life. Trust me on that – I’ve been rescued by them. If you’re prone to over-adrenalization, you need a little dropper bottle in your pocket or bag always. Every time you feel you’re getting too worked up, take a few drops. You have no idea how much that can help until you try it.

And now for the first.

Stop Converting Energy

According to the laws of physics, a body never has a change in the amount of energy it has. You check it out on the internet – The Law of Conservation of Energy.

The law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant; it is said to be conserved over time. This law means that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another.

Now, if the energy in a body stays the same, why do we feel a lack of energy?

I asked my (very cool and now famous) Granddad that question and he said to me, “Stop converting.

When energy converts from our stored energy in the deep gut, it goes off in that direction and takes forever to come back to a state where it can be converted again to another sort we require.

It’s like money. Once you invest in your career by buying a lot of clothes to wear to meetings, it’s going to be a while, months or years, before that money comes back as money you can use for something else.

So if we keep converting huge amounts of energy from our store, we feel depleted when we need energy for something else.

Therefore, stop converting.

How does that work? I asked Granddad.

The venerable gentleman went silent for a while and then said, “What’s your No. 1 energy drain?”

I thought a bit and said, “Getting emotionally worked up reading things or seeing things.”

“No,” he said. “No, no no.

Your No. 1 energy drain will always be sexual.”

I was shocked. Me? No sexy male for thousands of miles around. It’s true. Though that never stopped me from having an err… “inner” sex life.

Granddad continued.

“Sexual energy conversion accounts for the bulk of energy conversion. We needn’t talk about the others – they fall into place.”

Me – Oh!

Grandad – There are two kinds of sex. Happy sex and sad sex.

Me – Oh!

Granddad – Happy sex is when the body and spirit both enjoy love. Sad sex is when the body goes in and the spirit waits outside listening to the sounds – Ahhh and Ooooo and Oh my God! – but isn’t invited to the party.

Cara, have you ever felt left out? Of the party? Of the fun?

Me – Yes.

Granddad – Do you want to do that to your spirit?

Me – No.

Granddad – Well that’s what sad sex is. Leaving your heart and soul and spirit outside.

After a very long time feeling overwhelmed by what he’d said, I asked:

How do you make sure your spirit and body are together?

Granddad shrugged like I’d asked which letter comes after A. I used to feel really confident every time he shrugged like that. It meant he’d achieved what he was going to tell me about, and it wasn’t impossible at all.

He said, “Do you remember anything from the book of Song of Songs in the Bible?”

“Yes,” I said, “Of course.” I had memorized that book as a teenager – loved it.

“Then tell me the strangest thing you read in that book,” Granddad said like he knew me so well.

“Do not awaken love until it so desires,” I replied, “That was something I never understood and it was repeated over and over.

“That’s your answer,” Granddad said turning over in his chair looking a little animated compared to before, “See sometimes the answer comes first and the question later.”

I sighed then like I sigh now.

“Do not awaken love until it so desires?”

Granddad realized he’d have to explain it and sank back into the chair. “Love is sexual energy, which is life energy. Don’t awaken it, don’t try to make it wake up, don’t provoke it, don’t prod it, don’t push it, don’t pull it, don’t do anything to it. Just let it do as it pleases.”

I get the same dull head spin now as I did then. “What?”

“Some years from now,” Granddad sighed, “You’ll understand it. For now, just remember what I said.”

That time has come now, almost ten years later.

And it’s all about trust.

You simply don’t push yourself. You watch yourself. You do as your body leads you to do.

You don’t rush rush rush, from one thing to the next. You stop and you feel yourself. You ask yourself, “What does my gut want me to do right now?” And you do that.

You trust your spirit to convert energy. You have to trust your self.

You cannot force a flower to bloom. You have to let it unfold at its pace.

Now I could give you a whole list of things to do to stop being energy drained, but I’m telling you the one true thing I know that will could your life forever.

Start trusting your spirit to manage your energy, don’t mentally impose on your body and your life. Go easy. You’re a living being with spirit, not a robot.

And never try or force your self to get sexually turned on. If you are, you are, don’t block it. If you aren’t, you aren’t, don’t force it. Continue reading

Yeast will tell you the time. (eBook – The Spirit of Yeast)

“Yeast will tell you the time,” my Granddad John Waltham said to me.

He started me off a journey that hasn’t ended, a journey into understanding the magic of my own body, host to millions of these little living beings with their own spirit, choice and memory, affecting my health, my moods, my smell, my Life.

The wrong Yeast was what the Israelites had to put aside in Egypt so they could change from slaves into conquerors. The right Yeast on a bunch of grapes told them they’d come home.

A lot has been written about the physical properties of Yeast. Good yeast is required for healthy digestion, the foundation of health in the body as we depend on receiving nutrients from food and drink. Yeast imbalance however, Candida for example is a major cause of systemic imbalance and ill effects that go far beyond any one particular disease’s name.

A quick internet search on the subject will show you just how important it is that Yeast stay balanced in our bodies.

This book will not attempt to show how with some simple changes in how we treat Yeast, we can radically change our health, metabolism and life experience for the better.
