The 4 Axes of Holistic Intelligence, Herbs for Balance

Description of the 4 axes of holistic intelligence with herbs that help them; Conversation with Granddad about Intelligence, Identity, Sexual Identity, Waking and Sleeping Sexual Intelligence

Ed, I’ve been watching episodes of a 1989 British produced television series called “Poirot”. It’s based on the books of Agatha Christie, the main character of which is Hercule Poirot, a Belgian detective living in London. He has phenomenal intelligence and acute sensitivity.

This is him: Continue reading

Herbs for Paralysis, Palsy caused by Nervous Trauma or Vibrational Attack

A description of how I used a plant poison for first-aid with a heart attack and to save my child Gabriel from paralysis brought on by vaccination; Herbs that work on a frequency level to rehabilitate the nervous system from shock and trauma patterns

Dear Ed,

In the days I was recovering from my severe heart trouble, there were times when I felt another heart attack could come on any time – particularly stressful situations. I knew I had to have first aid ready. That’s when like never before I realized the power of herbs. Until you’re about to die and a herb helps you, in our times, it’s hard to see them as much more than a healthy choice perhaps. Continue reading

Our Body’s Thermometer & Strychnos for the Stricken – Ignatia

Strychnos Ignatii also called Ignatia Amara, Ignatius Bean or Ignatia is first aid for when the thermometer system of our body fails and this article lists my top 6 situations in which Ignatia is a powerful medicine that few other herbs can match in those situations.

Ed, one time I was going to have a heat stroke when I was in the last few months of being pregnant with Gabriel. I was so beyond hot, and no amount of water I drank was hydrating me enough. My internal organs, already extra warm because of being pregnant, were each radiating heat of its own. Continue reading

The 4 levels of Poison and how to effectively de-toxify

The 4 levels on which poisons work – Blood, Water; Electricity and Consciousness – and how to remove them holistically.

Dear Ed,

Believe it or not, I first wrote this article in 2013, while at very close quarters to a snake – on the other side of the skinny bedroom wall – in a tiny guesthouse under a cliff that broke rain clouds, so that building was half sunk into the mud because of the constant deluge. I was terrified initially, but there was nowhere else I could go and after about 15 minutes sensing the snake, I began to actually feel calmed by it. I have nothing but loving memories and gratefulness for that encounter. That night in bits and pieces as I dozed this article came to me. Here it is, edited for now. Continue reading

Nervous & Emotional Healing with Cardio-Restorative Herbs

I’m a veteran of heart problems having had cardiac insufficiency due to trauma since the age of 8 and actually had two cardiac arrests at the age of 19. I was told then that there was no chance of a normal life ahead for me. They said I’d live only with the help of drugs to keep my heart beating regularly enough, and things like having a baby would be at the risk of death, unlikely anyway as I wouldn’t be able to cope with the increased heart rate that’s part of sex. Herbs go where words can’t. Herbs to comfort.

There are times in life when all you can do for a loved one or your self is to simply comfort. Times of shock, grief, bereavement, you don’t really know what to do, and there is precious little anyone can say at times like those.

A cup of a soothing herbal tea that’s not too strong, can help. Herbal tinctures put into a little bottle and given every half an hour or so, can help in big ways to calm a grief stricken person and help them to cope with any tasks that demand their mental attention. Continue reading

Herbs to Demagnetize the Body, to Kick-start Cell Regeneration

When a tree or plant stops growing new roots, it stops making new leaves and branches. It can stay alive for a while and then it will start slowly dying. Root growth is so important that gardeners who grow trees in pots, will break the pots and crop the roots, making space in the pot for new roots, and then the tree will make new leaves again.

We’re like that too. We need to always be growing inside for our body to make new cells and regenerate our organs and every part of us. When we stop growing inside, ie. when we stop having deep full life experience, our cells start under-performing and if this goes on and on for too long one or other of our organs or body systems fail and sooner later it reaches the point of death.
